This means that Mitsubishi HiTec Paper Bielefeld has official confirmation that quality awareness is put into practice.

The firm’s environmental goals go far beyond national and EU statutes - and naturally, the whole production is compliant with REACH regulation. Mitsubishi HiTec Paper Bielefeld is particularly proud of being awarded the Nordic Swan mark. Nordic Swan is the most demanding ecolabel in the international paper industry and is awarded every three years if an environmental balance can be regularly demonstrated for production and products. The giroform product was first awarded this great distinction in December 1993. In March 1994 Mitsubishi HiTec Paper Bielefeld was the first manufacturer of carbonless paper in the world to receive Nordic Swan certification for every quality in its complete product range. The firm was most recently awarded the Nordic Swan mark for its complete range of carbonless papers in spring 2006.
